Whether you already have a web site, or planning to launch a new one, our philosophy embraces strategizing and coming up with a comprehensive plan before any work begins. The following is a bulleted list of the elementary steps we begin a project.

• Typically, by the time a web project is started, an initial layout is already formed, based on preliminary discussions that led to a proposal and a signed contract.
• We take the time to meet with our clients, and through a discovery process, understand what makes their business tick, what is currently being done online, and what is the vision. Once this is established, we propose strategies to further enhance the current online offerings and/or form new revenue channels.
• Summary of the discovery serves as a roadmap for the project to grow out of. We view the project as a journey – we know where it begins, we know where we aim, but what else will develop along the path is the material legends are made of.
• The next step is materials collection. We finalize the site structure, and what content is needed, including texts, photos, other images, logo etc. The client receives a detailed “needs” document so collection can be done in an organized manner. If help is needed with some of the materials, we provide additional services/assistance as needed such as photography and logo design.
• Parallel to the previous step, our design team receives a brief and starts to work on general design options for the site (aka skins).
• If not yet registered, we may assist the client with ideas for a catchy web domain name. Many domain names are already taken but given our enormous experience we come up with creative solutions.
• Once the skin is finalized and approved by the client, we proceed to implement the site, typically to be hosted on our dedicated servers. The work involves skinning the site with the selected design, adding content (which was provided by the client), various programmable applications, statistical tags, links to social networks, etc.
• Upon completion of the previous step, testing and debugging take place, final tuning and final client approval.
• If the client is to maintain their own site on our server in terms of content updates, we train on using the CMS (content management system).
• As mentioned earlier, we typically also host the final web site on our server including email service for the clients.
• The client is also trained in accessing and understanding, as much they desire, the statistical reports (who access their site etc.)
• We also assist with listing the site in the major search indexes as well as social media and local SE listings.
• On an ongoing basis, we are available for the client to assist with updates and any other special needs. We proactively monitor the sites for issues and also keep an eye and an ear open for any technological developments on the web and beyond who may affect our clients.
